01Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Dococo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to Dococo on all platforms, including iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
02What Dococo provides
Dococo is a document productivity app that lets you scan, organize, edit, convert, sign, and export documents. Features described on this site or in the app may change over time as we improve the product.
Free tier
The core app is free and includes unlimited scanning, document import, and basic PDF tools. No account or payment is required.
Dococo Premium
Premium unlocks batch processing, unlimited OCR and compression, unlimited signatures and folders, and removes ads and watermarks. Premium is offered as a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store.
03Subscriptions & billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed in your App Store account settings.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel anytime — Premium features remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policies; we can't issue refunds directly.
- Price changes take effect at the start of your next renewal period, with advance notice from Apple.
04Your content
Everything you create, scan, or import in Dococo belongs to you. We claim no ownership or license over your documents. Because Dococo processes files entirely on your device, you are responsible for backing up anything you want to keep — deleting the app deletes its local library.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including forging documents or signatures
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where permitted by law
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its Premium features
- Circumvent the Premium entitlement system
06Intellectual property
Dococo, its logo, design, and underlying software are the property of the Dococo team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
07Disclaimers
Dococo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to make OCR, conversion, and PDF tools accurate, but we don't guarantee error-free output — always review important documents before relying on them.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dococo and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes, and the "effective" date above will be updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
